Included on each insole is an ultra-soft layer of material called Plastazote, designed to off-load pressure points where potential diabetic ulcers can occur. For maximum foot protection and to accommodate Diabetic orthotics, we recommend an extra-depth therapeutic shoe. All of our shoes accommodate custom insoles.
